In fact, I used 3 packs of the yeast (along with a starter and fermaid) and it fermented all the way to 1%. I will be back in two weeks with 002. It immediately started up again after I transferred it to secondary on top of ten pounds of chopped apples, and it's still bubbling now For applications requiring a high alcohol content, this yeast is perfect.
