Green leaves are the secret to the green secret

Kale has done it once again! Although it takes a little longer to prepare, it is well worth the effort. There are no nutritional advantages to spinach, kale, dandelion greens, or any other dark leafy green in comparison to this (very low potassium), nor does it taste as good. Those who do not eat bacon or ham hocks need to refrain from doing so. If you want to sautee your collard greens, you can get that nice deep smoky flavor from other sources. It is recommended that you blanch and dry the leaves before sautéing them to be able to further extract Since you have such a low potassium level already, you might still be able to consume a few spoonfuls of black-eyed peas I recommend blackened catfish with dirty mashed potatoes if you're on kidney watch, and have black eyed peas in there as well.

I am so glad you like It's great to be able to eat Collard Greens, but virtually all of them come from canned, sodium-rich, yucky southern flavors

As a substitute for my multivitamins, I wanted something fresh that I could add to my smoothie You should eat green food. There is just the right amount of this item, and the price is fair. In one cooking session, I was able to use the entire bag, without having to worry about putting half of it back into.

You might find some at a farmers' market if I can get there, but there's no guarantee. As a result of these high-quality You can always get collards whenever you need them if you buy them frozen. It's a good thing as well. It is a favorite green vegetable of mine!.

Since they're flashy, just go to the new. All the freshness and flavor of the food is kept when it is frozen. The experience is similar to buying them at the farmers market without having to chop them or stem.

I would buy this again. The vegetables were chopped a little finely for my tastes, but they were still delicious nonetheless. Should I not be able to get fresh collard greens, I prefer frozen collard The product is excellent and I will absolutely buy it.
