The package contained only 8 ravioli, for a total of 99. I'm a good cook, and I followed the instructions to a tee, but they were a disaster! They tasted like paste and had a chalky flavor to them. The mushrooms were almost undetectable. They appeared to be perfect, but the flavor was extremely bland and starchy! I've paid less for Vegan Ravioli in the past and gotten far more flavorful Ravioli. All Vegan and Dairy-Free foods are usually favorites of mine! This is something I'd never buy again.
I prefer natural foods, which is why I purchased this product, which tastes fine but contains maltodextrin, which is extremely harmful to your health. I will not purchase this product again.
I waited for them to go on sale because they are, admittedly, quite expensive. Finally, they did, so I gave them a shot. SO GOOD! They are vegan and I would have never guessed. Everything was perfect, from the flavor to the consistency. Served with marinara sauce and vegan parmesan cheese - amazing. I'm completely blown away.
However, I was unable to distinguish between the filling and the pasta. Half of the batch was made with vegan Parmesan cheese and garlic olive oil. Half of it is served with a garlicky pasta sauce. In any case, I didn't care for them. I'm disappointed in myself for giving it such a low score. I've made vegan filled pasta from scratch and it's much better, though it takes a long time.
It's delectable, and you'd never guess it's vegan ravioli. We made a quick upscale meal by adding sauteed mushrooms, pine nuts, and basil chiffonade. I would definitely order from them again.

My husband prepares them in a wide variety of ways. So yummy! br>br>He made a sage sauce from scratch the night before and red sauce the night before. br>br>I wish they had gluten-free options.
This is opulent. The fact that several people were frozen together was worth one star. It's difficult to divide into servings as a result of this. They will eventually fall apart while cooking, but you must be gentle with them. Otherwise, these are fantastic, and the fact that they are vegan is an added bonus!.
