The taste and texture are identical to that of real pasta

It passed all of the tests with flying colors. Without the quilt, it's like eating regular pasta. Prepare it in the same manner as pasta. FYI. Salt should not be added to the boiling water.

This is a delicious pasta made with cauliflower. Even if you ate it on its own, you'd never know, and it's lower in calories. Simply garlic and olive oil will suffice. Mmmmm.

I just gave it a shot. It was delicious and perfectly cooked; I'm looking forward to using the second half as leftovers to see how it turns out in that situation; I particularly like the noodles.

The cost was a drawback, but given how much I enjoy pasta, I'm always on the lookout for healthier pasta options. This is one of the best purchases I've made. It's absolutely delicious! I'm hoping they sell the product in stores because I'm guessing shipping in dry ice accounts for a portion of the high price.
