My favorite thing to do with it was pour it over red quinoa! This lunch or dinner is quick and easy to prepare! Do not go overboard with the saucy or bland! I love how the seasoning is just right!.

Whenever I have spinach dal, I feel quite satiated Since I began making it more than four decades ago. In spite of their limitations, I've tried a lot of packaged dals that I've enjoyed. It's so good to have dal tadka. My stomach would not allow me to consume this. As a result, I had to throw it away.
