This is quite a deal considering that it costs less than deli meat in any grocery store, is largely fat-free, and does not contain water. There may be a better option out there unless I completely overlook it!.

The ham steak I was expecting was not what I received. Rather bland, this was a processed ham lacking in flavor and much less in To cook with this, you can add it to other dishes, but if you're looking for real ham flavor, you won't find it here.

In order to make ham and Brussels sprouts soup, I used this ham slice to make broth. water source could provide such a large amount of water With the addition of boneless ham slice, the soup turned out pretty well. With a little instant mashed potato flakes, I simply thickened it. There is no comparison between this and the real thing I can eat ham, but I don't like it.
