The Country Ham package consists of two center cuts and two biscuit cuts. The center cuts and ends are sliced thin so that they are tender and juicy when cooked, and very little cooking is To begin, pre-heat a heavy skillet until it reaches a medium heat Immediately after placing the ham in the skillet, the sound of rapid sizzling should be heard. To turn the Biscuit Slice, make sure you time it so you see the top side bead up a bit around 45 seconds. As of this point, the ham is almost done and should be taken out of the oven and plated within 45 seconds.
There is no cooking involved in our Country Ham products Natural aging and air-drying make them suitable for use The cured herbs are vacuum-packed and sealed so that they can be shelf-stable While in transit or when stored at a cool temperature, you won't need to refrigerate. To extend their shelf life, they can be refrigerated once the package has been opened and for any other conditions. To begin, pre-heat a heavy skillet until it reaches a medium heat A little oil and two tablespoons of high temperature will help the food to cook. Immediately after placing the ham in the skillet, the sound of rapid sizzling should be heard. The object is to turn it after about 45 seconds since the top side beadups a bit as you turn it. As of this point, the ham is almost done and should be taken out of the oven and plated within 45 seconds. Then "red" is the thing for you If you are cooking "eye gravy", add about 1/4 cup of water, or coffee, scrape up all the bits and leftovers on the pan, then boil it down by about half. You may pour this sauce into a small dish and use it as a side condiment. Thank you for your inquiry. I'd like to thank Raymond
Ray's Country Ham has a robust salty flavor, just like natural salt-cured Country Ham should have. If you have an acquired taste for Country Ham, we think you would rate it at about a 5 out of 5 stars. Country Ham is a relatively unknown food item, so you can be forgiven if you pick up 7-1 If you find it too salty for your taste, you can briefly soak slices in cold water for 10 minutes before consuming. After preheating the skillet in a heavy pan, pat the chicken dry for 15 minutes The oil will start to shimmer as the slices enter. Sear them quickly for one minute on each side to raise the internal temperature to 160 degrees. A tough ham can develop if it's overcooked, and the saltiness becomes more apparent. Rays Country Ham is a wonderful product, and I hope you enjoy it. My sincerest thanks to you for your continued business and support. Ray
There is no shelf life for this product You can safely store it for longer periods of time without refrigeration if it's dry and cool. Packaged food should be either cooked and eaten immediately after opening, or tightly wrapped and kept in the refrigerator. In addition, vacuum packs freeze well and have a shelf life of about six months when thawed You must wait until the package is opened for it to be safe. It is a pleasure to answer.

Although all of this is true, it is still the best ham I have ever eaten.
While I was growing up in North Carolina, my grandfather would make country ham whenever a pig was slaughtered. For the last 25 years, I have not lived in NC, so I cannot find a satisfactory Country ham must be salt-cured in North Carolina for me to eat it. There is a pre-packaged statement on the package Cooked but cast iron skillet afficionados know that country ham needs to be finished off with a hot pan. As soon as I took one bite of this deliciousness I was transported back to my childhood, when I would smell my grandmother cooking my grandfather's country ham. We are grateful for the memories and the taste of home you gave us!.
I grew up eating country ham biscuits. I was so happy to be able to purchase this product for the first time. It brought back so many fond memories of my grandmother cooking breakfast every morning. As far as I remember, it was only the flavor. I had a taste of this and it My grandmother would be proud to serve this product if he/she were able to. If you want the true flavor of south, don't look any further than this product.
Upon receiving it, I was impressed by the nice box, everything vacuum packed perfectly, and the expiration date was seven months away. My family ate it up the next day, and I have to say that While I would have liked the slices to have been saltier, it was my own fault since I soaked them in water and rinsed them.
I love the country ham in this package, and the portions are generous. It not only tastes great, but it is also very economical. It's a good idea to rinse the slices before grilling them. My world has come to an end.
Those who like the old North Carolina or Virginia cured hams will enjoy this product, and it will taste very similar to those that my mother and her family used to make in their native land. A little girl once told me she wanted to be a princess. That was a great trip down memory lane for me. At Christmas time, I purchase a gift each year for my brother and sister to remind them of our childhood together.
I received it very quickly and it tastes amazing. My first purchase (last summer) was not impressive, but the company not only refunded my money but also sent a replacement at no cost to me. I will continue to do business with them because they are clearly customer oriented. My only recommendation is that you consider the temperature of the season when ordering and the degree of reliability of fast shipping. I am delighted with the product once again!.
Always a pleasure to work with Ham. I would only say that there was one package that did not appear to have been properly sealed (the package was loose and not fully vacuum sealed) and the ham tasted kinda weird, and had a strange smell. The other packages were.
