Imported Italian pasta of the highest quality.
It is! I visited the small mom-and-pop shop where this is created. Pasta has a nice rough texture that helps to retain the sauce's flavor.
Yes. These are authentic Italian pasta straws produced in Italy. For eight generations, the Martelli family has made pasta at Laro Castle in Tuscany, using only local water and wheat grown on the estate. This is fantastic!
Yes, it's the real deal from Italy's best pasta makers, and it's absolutely delectable!

We don't eat pasta very often, so when we do, I make a big deal out of it. This pasta is unlike anything you'll find in a store. I'd like to say it's not because of the higher cost, but it's really that much better. It has a different texture, is better at holding sauce, and has a richer flavor. We eat this spaghetti on a regular basis because I show my love for my family by cooking the best foods I can.
These are the best noodles I've ever had, despite the price. They take longer to cook than any other spaghetti I've ever made, but that's not a bad thing. They are my favorite. I cook 4 oz in 3 quarts of water for one serving. It will take 15 minutes. At 13 minutes, it's still good, but I think it's a little too al Dente. br>My second favorite is De Cecco, which is also a lot less expensive. I usually eat those, but once or twice a year I treat myself to these!.
If you like pasta, this is the one to try; the price of around $10 per pound may seem high, but the quality justifies the price. Martelli's spaghetti is hard to overcook, perfectly absorbs the sauce, and makes a wonderful meal, especially when compared to the relatively expensive ones (4$/pound) in the local organic market that require special attention to have an al dente texture. However, I do not recommend this pasta to those who use premade sauces, dislike the texture of al dente pasta, or do not mantecare their pasta. This is a disgrace to this pasta, and I'm confident that those who do so will not appreciate it.
While touring Lari, Italy, we came across this pasta and brought some back with us. It's a delicious pasta with a lot of flavor. We now know that when we need to restock, we can do so through Amazon. It's a little more expensive than store-brand products, but it's well worth it.
It is said to have been created by an Italian family. I had the spaghetti, which was delicious. The spaghetti was thicker than store-bought spaghetti, which I think is a good thing. I used it to make Carbonara, which was delicious. It wasn't much better than store-bought pasta, but it was fun to try.
You'll have a hard time going back to regular U. S. spaghetti once you've tried this. stuff that is readily available Yes, it is more expensive, but the taste is far superior and greatly enhances your pasta dish.
Martello is the best dried pasta we've ever come across. We paid a visit to a small family-run business in the area. I've worked in a factory that makes it in Lari, Italy, and I've seen how meticulously each type of pasta is made. Outside of Amazon, we've only been able to buy it once. in Japan! It isn't a cheap pasta, but it's perfect for family gatherings.
It never occurred to me that pasta could be so delicious. It's a bit pricey, but it's worth it because it's.
