Product Description

Martelli pastas are handcrafted using only the finest durum wheat semolina and cold Tuscan water.

This pasta is rough and porous, retaining sauce well thanks to bronze dies and slow drying.

One gallon of boiling salted water is required to cook one pound of Martelli pasta to perfection. Cooking time: 8 minutes (or to taste).

I grew up in the land of pasta, which is where I was born. And this pasta tastes exactly like the one I remember from my childhood. I buy other Italian-made pastas that are much less expensive, but they can't compare to this pasta.

It was fantastic when we got it home. This is the second time I've purchased this set. When pasta sleeps, it dreams of being this pasta. It's pricey, but it's a good investment. If you can't tell the difference, eat store-brand generics.
