And this is a good start; I'd give it five stars if my order of six packages hadn't arrived with several broken pieces in each. It wasn't the fault of the pasta maker, but it was undercooked. The shipper is in charge of keeping you safe. It's only a minor annoyance. The pasta has a good tooth feel and a good thickness. It also has a nice rough surface for holding sauce. I'll probably order it again, but this time with the expectation of a smoother arrival in my pantry.
My son- law is the Executive Chef of a prestigious restaurant in New York City. Fusco Casarecce was requested as a Christmas gift from a well-known winery in California's Napa Valley. It doesn't get much better than that for a recommendation!.
This pasta is one of my favorites; we've served it with scallops and lemon sauce, carbonara, and red sauce. It appeals to me greatly. Its twists and turns hold a lot of sauce.
Because I dislike black-eyed peas, my Nonno (grandfather) prepared stuffed rigatoni for me. For New Year's Eve dinner, he and I prepared this dish. This is a dish I prepare for my children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Every year, I make new friends. The size of rigatoni sold in supermarkets has shrunk. When attempting to stuff them, they easily break. Getting help to prepare this time-consuming dish, on the other hand, does not draw the same crowds as eating it. I can stuff six packages of rigatoni in an hour with this rigatoni. half the time it would take with smaller rigatoni (four hours or so). Last year, my three daughters came to lend a hand. chastised me for not locating this massive rigatoni years ago, so this year's assistance should be forthcoming. The total weight of the six packages is 9 lbs. of animal flesh 2 large cans of Angela Mia tomato sauce stuffing for the diner Because one of my daughters is allergic to Parmesan cheese, she receives my Nonno's small dutch oven. This is a dish that I used to make. Happy New Year, Nonno, we miss you terribly, James.
The texture, on the other hand, is time well spent. The sauce seeps into the cracks, resulting in a delectable pasta dish. A thinner casareece was available on Amazon. Both are fantastic if you enjoy thick, almost homey flavors. created a pasta texture.
It's a beautiful dish to serve when you have guests over. It can hold a lot of sauce.
They are without a doubt the best - The only issue I have with this review system is that I am only allowed to give five stars - This is so good that it deserves six stars out of five.
