Banza, Mac And Cheese Chickpea Cheddar, 5.5 Ounce

This computer is a Mac. Not only does cheese appear in searches for "vegan mac and cheese," but it also appears in searches for "vegan mac and cheese" and "vegan mac and cheese. " It's labeled as "cheese," but the product page also says it's vegan. When I started heating up some water and then read the back of the box, I was shocked to learn that it wasn't vegan and contained dairy products. Isn't it true that products should be properly advertised?.

This isn't a vegan dish in the least. Please don't make this out to be something it isn't. Due to my IBS, I am unable to consume dairy products. Introversion to vitamin C and dairy. This is a major setback. I only had to pay $3. 99, and now I'm forced to discard it.

It was impossible to tell that it wasn't regular pasta. Banza Chickpea Pasta (mac and cheese and plain) is one of our favorites. Other brands of chickpea pasta we've tried haven't lived up to our expectations when it comes to consistency. These have the same flavor and texture as regular pasta. It's simple to prepare and delicious to consume. We are very happy with our purchase and will make another one. I just wish the price was a little lower - I'd buy a lot more frequently if this were the case.

The carbs are lower because chickpea pasta is used. I made it myself, with a slice of low-fat cheese thrown in for good measure. It brought back an old favorite that I hadn't had in years.
