Store bought soy milk can be a lot cheaper. However, these are easily carried and are much easier to use. It is not worth it to use the straw. Pour it over your shoulder like a cup of coffee. The only way I could give it 5 stars is if it were cheaper but it's still a better deal than protein shakes.
