The product is creamy, just as the company claims. It doesn't have that thin and watery texture, and it doesn't sometimes ooze or drip. . . There is an odd soybean taste to it. I haven't had milk in years, but I reckon this is the most milk-like I've ever tasted Unlike carrageenan, this product does not contain it The dietary carrageenan it in the product is not listed in its ingredients (unless it is harmful as scientific community has not found it to be). Is it possible that it once did, but things have changed since then?.
Carrageenan is an unbelievable ingredient in this product. Those Silk soy beans are no more ) protein milks without carrageenan that do not contain any additives.
Trying out this recipe is the first time I've done so. There seems to be a problem with my stomach absorbing the food. Carrageenan seems to be present in few reviews.

A week has passed since the expiration date of the milk, however, it had always been two months since its expiration date. This was for my daughter and she couldn't handle it because it was spoiled and i didn't want to argue for $3 with an Amazon rep, but I guess that's what they do when they sell expired food so I guess this is another example when they sell them.
