It is true. If you place it in the refrigerator, it will have the same taste as the refrigerated one.
There is an expiration date on every carton.
A label that says it is enriched should mean it is. There is no difference between the two.

As some readers have mentioned, I ordered this soy milk because I had run out and wanted to get some online (currently quarantined with Coronavirus). One of my favorite things Silk is the closest product to soy milk, but they don't sell aseptic cartons online, and Amazon didn't have it in Though it is watery in consistency, the taste is good. Some other reviewers mentioned that the taste would be like rice, but it isn't like that at all. Cereals with this are used for breakfast. Silk would taste a lot better and have much more protein than this bottle of juice. I would not buy it if Silk was available. During the course of my studies I've learned that a "wall-" Silk soy milk can also be purchased online at stores like mart.
The grandchild in my care is allergic to coconuts. As well, three of the Rice containers burst, soaking the rest of the shipment in water. Our best efforts were to salvage as much coconut milk as we could before it had to be discarded. I like Jimena Ramirez, Peacekeeper, a lot.

The only thing I have to keep in mind when cooking with Rice Dream is that it has a mild vanilla flavor and a slight sweetness. This is a plus when I am baking, as I can cut back on the sugar in recipes, but I cannot use it in a savory sauce where I would like it to be sweet-free. If you would like to substitute for milk ounce for ounce, you can cook with it okay.
The Vanilla Rice Milk in our family has been around for a long time. Having purchased this product on Amazon at a good price I am grateful for finding it. I recommend it highly. There is a problem with drinking more than a cupful of rice every day as rice grows in ground that contains arsenic.

There was a mistake on my part, I thought they were full 12 gallons and this price was fantastic. There is no way they can be quarts for this price!.
The price is way too high. There is no need to refrigerate the product, which is a great advantage.
The rice milk I've been using has been great, but my latest order had 2 containers where the pour top was not attached correctly and led to lots of spills.
