Frothing is a piece of cake with this! This is the only one I've found that froths easily with my frother, which is an older Capresso model, though it also works on a newer one

I am very disappointed in the change in formula of the new Eden soy! One of the older versions I have is still in my possession, and as I taste it, it Despite the obvious taste of the bean aftertaste, new soy milk does have a bean aftertaste. The thickness is the same, but the flavor is so bad it's not even worth trying. Take advantage of the opportunity to purchase a few cartons of the older design (not the one with the new design) and get several! The heavy sigh.
