My order I just used up, but it usually keeps for over a year. The one I bought at the store says August. And because I can't eat dairy, I go through a carton of milk every 2 to 3 days, so this size of order is perfect I hope this is helpful.

Like some others here have mentioned, I have used it for yogurt in my instant pot. I have tried other brands and they I like how it turns into thick creamy yogurt and There must be something magical going on. Since it is cheaper to buy from Eden Soy, I have been doing so. In some cases, it goes on sale for 20% off and I can get 24 bottles for $70 if I use free.
I have tried other brands, including homemade soymilk, but all of them (including home made soymilk) are too thin to produce thick yogurt. So I continue to buy it from Amazon since my local stores do not sell it.
This is my favorite soy and almond milk. I like that it is unsweetened and can be used for cereal, hot chocolate, smoothies, mashed potatoes, etc. I couldn't find it locally, so I was glad it was available on Amazon (although the price is Although I was concerned that the expiration date would not be far enough away for me to use my full case, the seller kept me informed of a future expiration date so that I could use my case up to the date it is supposed to expire.

I'm glad they did, but I really needed the soymilk to make my new soy yogurt habit.
The water is reverse osmosis purified and the soybeans are organic. You can use it as dairy substitute because it has a full-bodied flavor. It can even be used as a coffee creamer, I believe it's better than almond milk. The almond milk feels thin to the touch.

Check the label to see how much protein is in it. There is no better way to achieve the rich, creamy texture of soy milk than to use UNSWEETENED, plain soy milk in baking.
