There was so much flavor in all of the pieces, I couldn't stop eating them until I finished them all. It was my favorite cheese of the three I tasted, and I was blown away by the flavor of it as I ate it. It is both tasty and wonderful!.
I mean it. I might be wrong, since provolone isn't usually a type of cheese I eat. It's been a while since I had it, so I The real thing tastes just like this! It tastes awful by itself so you have to eat it as part of a meal. There is a problem with A slice and a half was eaten right out of the packaging. It was quite tasty! I highly recommend it.
I thought it was cheese but it was horrible. As soon as I tasted it, all curiosity I ever had about becoming a vegan vanished. Honestly, I thought they stopped selling ipecac, but here it's dressed up as cheese. I thought they stopped selling soy slime, but this is weapons grade soy slime.

It was very similar to what I remember dairy provolone tasting like. It had the same texture as other plant based sliced cheeses. I bought it to use in a lasagna, it did not melt or brown much, but it did add a nice flavor to the dish. I preferred the texture of the topping when layered in the lasagna to browning it as a topping. The pasta dishes I bake with it will continue to be used. Unless you like an extremely hot grilled cheese sandwich, this will melt just enough for a sandwich. The cheese does not stretch and melt as well as actual cheese does.
There are very few vegan cheeses that do not contain some form of isolated protein or nutritional yeast, but this product does not have these ingredients, and I am very important about this.
