There are NO DAIRY, SOY, GLUTEN, OR GMOs in any Parma product! Dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, and GMO-free are all characteristics of vegan Parmesan products. We use only plant-based superfood that is kosher, a good source of omega-3, trace minerals, and B12 as well as being a complete protein source.

A bit parmesan, but not too bad. As far as I'm concerned, nutritional yeast does not have a strong taste, but it adds flavor. I use it and am satisfied with the results. I think this would be an ideal way to add flavor to some things, as it's plant based.

There are many ways to use it. I sprinkle it on stir fry, tofu scramble, pasta, seitan, and salads. I have even received praise from those who love cheese or meat. My friend even has it with her when she goes out for dinner or when she travels overseas! It was delicious!.

I think it is a good idea and a necessity for our house As part of his cancer treatment, my husband eats a plant-based and vegan diet that contains no added oils. It's impossible for me to go back to ever again. I love it so much. Upon tasting this, I am never going back to Parmesan cheese of any kind (even a vegan version). Furthermore, it provides a lot of vitamin B12, which is why it has such a big role in making you healthier.
