The $7 is a mystery to me

What is the shipping charge of $20? It's been a long time since I've been in this industry This product has been a favorite of mine for years, so I was shocked and disappointed to learn that it is no longer free The item has been shipped, but a $7 fee has been added. There is a shipping charge of $20 The item has a cost of about a third of that. Is there a way or a place I can get it without having to pay shipping? Do you have a recommendation for a similar product?

Update As far as we know, the free shipping offer for this product is still available There is still a Prime shipping button for it, however if you look to the lower right - There is no search bar on the right hand side of the screen, making it harder to locate. It took me contacting their customer service department to get them to alert me to this.
