Questions & Answers
It is true that our cheeses need refrigeration as they are not treated with preservatives and can go bad very quickly. You can freeze cheese or cheese products if they are not opened prior to expiration (if they are still unopened).
We provide aged artisanal cheese that softens and browns when heated and grilled, but does not completely melt. In fact, all of these are part of it These are made with natural ingredients and do not contain casein (a milk protein) or other melting agents. However, you can crumble it on salads or pasta, or slice thinly and serve it on pizza! It can also be used in similar ways to parmesan or other aged cheeses!

Vegan cheese with few chemicals and as much protein as possible is what I consider to be the best. Cheeses like this have those properties and taste good. It would be great to find vegan cheese with a nutritional profile very similar to dairy cheese and also with meltability similar to dairy cheese.
I tried this when I was trying to consume less dairy. It tastes very good, I have to say. There are fewer ingredients in this vegan cheese compared to other vegan cheese products. I love how creamy and satisfying it is. To eat it, I like to have olives or crackers with it. There is a lot of flavor in the cracked pepper, and the classic is the variety in tastes they offer and look forward to trying more of their I'm hoping they'll introduce shredded cheese for pizza one day.
Bringing the cheese to room temperature brings out the gorgeous black pepper flavor of the peppercorns, adding a nice balance to the slightly tangy cheese. I love how it looks and tastes with crisp, fresh grapes to round out the slight heat of the ground peppercorns. The crumbles would be perfect over fettuccine with garlic lemon broccoli raab, too. I haven't tried it cooked yet, but I'm sure they'll be delicious crumbled over.
I always look for vegan food before making a food purchase, and if it is tasty I follow it after. It is new to me, but I have recently tried the Treeline Cracked Pepper cheeses and the Treeline Classic Cheese. Both are vegan and taste great. This is a highly recommended company. This is an experience you won't regret. Serve it as a spread on crackers or crudités. I love it so much. It is safe to say that these are among the best vegan cheeses you can buy.
As part of a Vegan cheese board, we served Treeline together with hummus and guacamole. It was mostly non-English speakers in the group Treeline cheeses were a hit with vegans, too, since they were of good quality and tasted great. This is definitely a purchase I'll make again.
Smoky with a creamy texture, I really like this.
I agree, this is very yummy. A sprinkle of cracked pepper really makes this dish. Cheese is one of my favorite foods, but it does not always love me, so this is.
There's a coolness to the cheese, allowing it to be spreadable but still hold up on its own. Mild flavors with a hint of cheddar and cracked pepper blend well with each other. The fig spread and crackers went well together. I will buy from this company.
