The best cheese in the world. This Gruyere is made by Grand Suisse. The eight ounces will go perfectly with some of the dishes I make regularly, such as spinach, cheddar, gruyere, quiche, scalloped potatoes with cheddar and gruyere, French onion soup. No matter how little it is, it always makes things better.
