I can't even begin to describe how delicious this is- The best white cheese in the world.
There is nothing like this gruyere I have tasted before. A macaroni and cheese based on it would be incredible. There is no way I can stop.
I agree, I think it's great. In the aftermath of consuming this meal, I thought to myself, "I should eat more Gruyere. ". I decided to go to the super market for a different brand. I just didn't feel the same about it. That's not close at all. The cost was twice as much, despite the twofold increase.
