In all the times we have cooked with goat/sheep feta, we have never encountered a feta with this strong citrus aroma and flavor. As a result, it cannot be paired with other ingredients or added to dishes. Could you combine it with citrus or fruit to make a salad? This is definitely not something we will buy.
