My guests have asked me about where to buy it every time they visit me. In addition to the cayenne and red salt, I like to sprinkle a little red food coloring to add color and a sharper flavor. This is excellent!.

There is nothing wrong with this cheese, but the price on this is outrageous. There is a 1/3 price difference between my local store in NH and where I bought it.
