It is something that I eat often, and I don't think too much about it, because I can easily get it in the refrigerator at any time. Wow, that's one that really caught my attention! Creamy, nice size crumble, lovely taste. Now that's the only one I want to eat.

During a salad, this cheese is okay, but it is not the smooth creamy As opposed to feta cheese, these crumbles resemble Parmesan crumbles more (rather than having the creamy consistency of the cheese)

The package is a mixture of loose crumbles and dust of cheese.
There is some sourness in the taste, but it isn't as flavorful as a real feta cheese The cheese worked okay in salads and on Mediterranean dishes, but it's far from my favorite feta cheese (which was running out).
