It's authentic Greek feta cheese which is made in Greece and packaged in brine. The taste and the consistency are excellent (in contrast to some bland domestic and other European copies I've had in the past). Originals cannot be substituted, and this is the original. Moreover, the packaging of the order was excellent, and the order arrived in excellent condition. This is a cold day. There is a little difficulty opening the container, but if you use an ice pick or awl to go all the way around the lid to break the seal, then pry it open, it is not a problem.
I give this feta a 5 out of 5 star rating for its genuine Greek flavor. However, it is a pain in the neck. It is to be opened and reopened I gave it one star because it is convenient.
You are getting the real deal here.
This was a delightful surprise. The feta we buy here in the United States will never be worth our money again unless it comes from.
The flavor is very good and I will buy it again. This is a crisp and tangy flavor.
Comes cold and that is what I expected.
I expected it would be exactly what it is. There is nothing better than tasting it. The Feta cheese made with sheep milk is the best for me.
