The store brand Feta cheese is impossible for me to find (I do not have a healthfood store nearby), and all other store-bought Feta cheeses have a very strong taste. I love how delicious Mount Vikos is and how crumbly it is. It was an absolute pleasure to create a Feta as delicious as this!.
