This is incorrect. To make Flaming Cheese for the Super Bowl, I tried ten varieties of local cheese, but they all melted into puddles without browning the way that flaming cheese is supposed to. So, I spent the additional money to purchase what was supposed to be authentic Greek Cheese. Cheeses in this batch melted and a huge puddle developed which had no taste like traditional flaming cheese and thus was discarded. Although this may be the country's version of Greek cheese, it is still not even close to the cheese used for saganaki.
The flavor is excellent and the price is very reasonable! We will definitely buy from this company again.
There is a thin sliver of cheese you get for double the price of a piece of cheese at any other supermarket. You can get fancy ones as well. Sorry to hear that!.
I think this is way too expensive. I think this is way too.
To make Saginake, we used it. There was nothing better than it.
I am excellent.
In some postal warehouse, it went bad because it was hot and greasy and had to be shipped longer than usual. I felt sick after watching it and thought it was a waste of This cheese has always been a favorite of mine, but I was disappointed with this batch because it went bad and tasted and smelled terrible.
I felt like I was back in Crete again when I ate this fresh, great tasting cheese! In any case, I would buy this again or someone can send me some for free if so inclined.
