Getting your hands on Feta cheese is There are lots of steps to follow and the company's site gives lots of advice, too
5/5

It's an easy way to make feta cheese, with a lot of detailed guidance offered online. Instructions for making cheeses, including videos and recipes, can be found here. From sourdough bread to lip balm, there is information on how to make it all, and the supplies are reasonable. In a very short period of time, I was able to make this feta cheese starter and was able to enjoy the first product of my efforts. Very little trouble or mess was involved, and it was fairly fast and easy. It is my 13 year old daughter who wants to make the next batch, so I will allow As long as she can cook and follow directions well for her age, I do not think it will be a problem. This company and their products are fantastic. I highly recommend their products. There are several starter packages in the
box, so we will have feta for quite a while.

We are newbies
3/5

Make sure you're well informed before you make a purchase. It claims to offer a much simpler cheese making process than it actually does for a first time cheese maker. This is the most important criticism I have of this product. After meeting the instructions for the first time, I learned that I needed to buy several other products I hadn't been asked for The instructions online were missing, so I had to look them up on the Internet. As soon as I had got everything together, the instructions I received with the culture differed from those on the other components (rennet), so I had to estimate how much to add and how long to incubate. After all, I essentially had ricotta cheese that was salty. I enjoyed the taste of the burger. In the case of a newbie who only made a small batch, it really wasn't worth the money or time spent after paying for everything I found the instructions overly simple, but I don't think there is anything wrong with the products themselves. I am sure this is a great purchase if you are an experienced cheesemaker who already has everything, but I wish I would have taken the time to learn more about it.

I was unable to use it

It's not the first time I've made cheese, but I wanted to try the feta culture rather than There was a strong smell of damp and clumping in each packet. The amount of water was so small that I couldn't even use it. It was a disappointment. My guess is that I'll stick to learning more about other cultures.

She was shocked to find out the recipe took 23 HOURS to make it. I gave it to her as a gift because she loves feta. I'll try that when I have more time, but we won't try it right away.
