The idea of messing up Blue Cheese never occurred to me. It took me a couple of weeks to throw it away after I was in denial for so long. In my opinion, this was a bad decision I am hoping that the blue cheese wouldn't taste so bad by itself. It is the only cheese I have ever been disappointed with despite having had so many different types and brands over the years. There are some that are stronger than others, which I really like, others have a lot of blue, which I also really like and some are familiar brands, while others are not. It used to come in wedge shape (those are the best), and as crumbles in containers such as the one above. The worst thing that ever happened to me. "Treasure Cave" is a concept that I'm not familiar with. There was very little blue in the sky, mostly white. The crumbles were not like the type that look like they split off from a large wedge - instead, it was more like smaller pieces I'm talking about the first type, which looked like they were still in their infancy They were lumpy little balls that sat in this container for a long time. My dog didn't even eat one bite, even though she typically It is impossible for me to purchase anything from this brand ever.
This is far better than other brands and gives a hamburger or chicken sandwich a whole new level of flavor.
Adding it to salads or melted over a steak is my favorite way to use it. While still having some firmness, the consistency of the mixture is creamy. There is a fair amount of salt in this as well. These cheese 'grizzles' are a mix of large pieces and tiny bits of crumbled cheese. It comes in a very nice package, and the container closes well, so for as long as you store it in the refrigerator, the cheese stays fresh.
Mold all over the lid when the product was sealed. Was thrown out because it was too old.
The crumbles are still large pieces in the container, but they have disintegrated. It has a great.
To mix with salad dressing or to add to burgers, this blue cheese has a good flavor.
A very dry book You can dehydrate cheese in the same way. It had a very salty flavor. These blue cheese crumbles are different from the creamy blue cheese ones I'm I threw it out.
This is Gourmet blue cheese, and it tastes so much better than the average crumbled blue cheese.
