I'm not sure because it's been so long since I ordered it, but it's Stilton. Stilton is a cheese that I am familiar with. It's almost as good as Bishops Creamery, my personal favorite.
I wouldn't freeze it because I believe it would change the cheese's consistency.

This cheese is far superior to anything you'd find in a high-end grocery store. This cheese tastes like heaven to a believer.
Stilton is one of my favorite cheeses. This was tasty like blue cheese, but better. br>It went well with port wine. English. Unlike blue cheese, it had the perfect amount of creamy flavor in the background.
There's nothing else like it. The Stilton was old and yellow when it arrived. I didn't even attempt to consume it.
