I can probably not help you much as your question was posted a few months ago, but I wanted to let you know that my response They use vegetarian rennet, according to a previous post.

Stilton blue cheese has an awful taste

Several months ago, I purchased Stilton Blue Cheese on Amazon for the first time, and the cheese was just as delicious as I remembered Stilton Blue Cheese to be it was just as I had remembered it to be. We cannot eat the cheese in this second order because it tastes like soap. The ordering process was so different from the previous order that I am unsure what happened.

This is the real deal

Having worked in the field for many years Having been a fan of the best blue on earth for the last 25 years (aka Stilton), I can say that it is not cheap, but it is worth it! Like all good things, this one is no exception. Despite the fact that I enjoy it, a pound lasts me a long time at home. In a relatively small volume, this mix has a ton of taste. The "black and blue" burger is fantastic here, as well. I love it when there are some bacon strips on it, too. make sure you do not put on too much Stilton or else it will melt and fall off the sides. There is far too much value in this to throw it away!.

The Stilton you purchase is good cheese for a good price

I don't think there is a bad said, I have to be honest and say that this cheese did not impress me. All the notes one is looking for are there as well as a smoother layer closer to the rind that is more nutty in flavor. My favorite flavor isn't as sharp or biting as I prefer. Perhaps it's because it wasn't aged as long. The world may never know. 4 stars for this cheese, still good at a decent price.
