Rather than going to the mall, buy local. Take the pic with a grain of salt All they send to you is a wedge. The flavor and presentation of the food are great, but I'm wondering why I paid $2 for it The price I'd have paid at my local gourmet store was three times what I'd have paid there.
I liked the packaging and the fact that it was still cold when it arrived. Blue Stilton has a great flavor, but you can't find it in the country in California since it belongs to the blue cheese family. We enjoy it as a cracker and on its own.
All I can say is that I loved this cheese, but it was quite pricey.
Fortunately, I was able to eat a bit of it before my dogs did.
There was a small "wheel" of Stilton cheese that I was looking for. Because both the picture and the written Product Description implied the buyer would receive a small wheel of cheese, I chose to purchase this product. On the order page, you will find the following product description The texture of the buttery wheel is buttery with an earthy flavor. Cheese from Great Britain is referred to as "the Rather than a piece of Stilton, what I received was a wedge, which I could have purchased at the supermarket for half the price.
