I was able to receive the package four days early without incident. While the cheese is pricey, I paid less at Amazon than I would have at a local I suggest you try this if you like brie or camembert cheese. I would say it is one of the finer things in life. Only problem is trying to keep your consumption down because of the price.

I typically do demos on weekends in the bakery, where I work three days a week, and for the cheese department. Knowing that one of the items I will be sampling is CAMBOZOLA is always encouraging to me, especially during "season," when all our northern neighbors are visiting. It is easy to spread this triple cream cheese over thin slices of baguette, and the tasters always respond in a positive manner. In fact, they love the stuff so much that they often buy a wedge as a gift. I have an idea for CAMBOZOLA that is flavorful and can be served after dinner in addition to the before suggested cheese. As it is easily spreadable, try spreading some over a burger or baked potato (with butter, of course). In addition to making mac 'n' cheese, crumbling it into an omelet, and serving it on steak and ribs, it has many other uses. It's true what cheese lovers all The Cambizola is amazing, as one enthusiastic customer said, "da bomb!".
