This version of Asiago cheese was so so. The cheese has a bland, soft taste it lacks the sharp flavor that is characteristic of Asiago cheese. I have not been able to taste any hint of Asiago cheese from other cheeses I have bought A Costco discount allowed me to try this brand of cheese after seeing Asiago cheese on sale. Purchase of this item was a waste of money for me.

I loved this cheese - it was delicious The only reason I don't give it five stars is because the product title gives the impression that it is difficult to eat. This is not the case. There's no matter how you look at it It is very firm in texture and very tasty We are sliceable, melty, and able to slice. The taste is sharp but delicious.
