I can't describe what makes this cheese so good. It's white, like parmesan, but it comes with an extra zing and depth that takes it to another level. Despite trying other asiagos, they don't quite live up to this one. Not sure what it is, maybe it's my age. The only thing I know is that they sold out at some point and I wondered how I was going to manage. Trying to find a source even included going to the company website. I managed to get two of them since they're back in stock, hopefully for a long time. It isn't a lot of cheese that I eat, but I like this particular brand. It is the best asiago you will ever taste.

A waxy substance

Whenever I eat this, I get a very waxy taste and am not sure if it will appeal to me. I love Asiago, however, so I'm not sure this will.

I am very impressed with the price and the ease of obtaining this item! The fact that it was so easy to obtain was awesome! I really liked the fact that I was able to get this cheese from Prime as my local grocery store does not carry many cheeses

There was so much meal in this cheese that it was hard and gritty

The only problem is I like to eat slices of prosciutto for a snack. There is only one way I will be able to eat it I will shred it over a liquid that will melt.
