Cheese like this is the best I have ever eaten

There is no other cheese I have ever tasted like this! This is both soft and hard, but it is not too hard or too soft. The flavor is great, and I can't think of anything it wouldn't complement. With a few crackers, some olives, and a fine wine, your evening is guaranteed to be enjoyable.

WINE GOES WELL WITH THIS

The first time I tried this cheese, I thought it was a whim, but I found it to be the best cheese I have ever had with a red wine. Take one of those thin "34" crackers and top it with red pepper jelly (I like the one that Costco sells if you can find I have also tried other brands that were okay.
