Pureness is in question

The flavor is excellent, especially compared to others that tasted like lard. However, it failed the heat test, even though I purchased 2 brands here on Amazon. The other brand comes in a nice teal colored box. Starch tests proved they were both passable, but when heated, they both melted and remained Brown is what it's supposed to do. In its pure state, it burns easily. It took me a long time to get either of them to turn brown, even when heated on high heat.

I have tried many many many varieties of bilona ghee made with A2 milk and I come to the conclusion that this is the best It is a clear golden color, with an excellent nutty aroma and a ghee-like flavor that melts in your mouth. I think that's what it should be like! It won't be a problem for me to pay the price for a good A2 bilona The quality and health of our lives cannot be priced. The product I recommend is exceptional.

I liked it and thought it was an honest and pure product. The biggest issue with ghee is adulteration, so I was glad to find one that does not have adulterants. One of the best experiences of my life involved a very well-known institution The seller was not rated, and the ghee did not pass quality control.
