The ingredients are listed in German and comprise of sugar, fructose syrup, 6% licorice extract, 1. 8% salmiak salt, glucose- fructose syrup, brown sugar syrup, aroma, maltodextrin, and modified starch are some of the ingredients.
If it's a brand-new item, I'd expect the bag to say so. br>If you hover your mouse over the bag, you'll see "Made with vegetable-based gelatin and natural dyes."

If you like licorice, you can't go wrong with this product; German licorice is the best. We eat it all the time; it has a great flavor and is superior to what you can buy in the United States. Give it a shot; I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
It contains fructose syrup. These ingredients cause you to become sugar intolerant and, as a result, diabetic. And it wouldn't be a problem if I could return it, but the seller doesn't accept returns and doesn't list the ingredients on the product page. In my opinion, this is unjust. And I'm going to toss them out.
These were purchased for my husband's x-mas present. mas, because he is a huge licorice fan. He is smitten with them. Surprisingly, as a huge chocolate fan, I really enjoy them. Great licorice flavor with just the right amount of salt, which I initially thought would be strange on licorice but actually adds to the flavor. I'm going to buy more.
Love. Love. Love. This licorice is simply outstanding. There are only a few varieties of black licorice available. One of them is pictured above. I realize it isn't the healthiest option, but I have to live a little. I have to be careful not to eat the entire bag in one sitting.

These are fantastic; they're not as salty as some other brands, but they're still sweet and chewy. It's easy to consume an entire bag in a short period of time, and they're expensive enough to warrant rationing. I was simply living in a world where art is valued and where I could go to the store whenever I wanted.
I like them a lot, but I wish there was a little more salt in them.
