The number I have never counted has never crossed my mind. A guess of 12 to 14 would be a safe bet. The size is nowhere near that of a loaf with gluten in it. The taste is good, though. I've never considered other gluten-free breads as good as this one.
Seeds make up the bread, and it does not contain nuts. There is no warning that it was made in a facility that does not process nuts.

Schar's multigrain bread is something I discovered later. A product with a texture similar to wheat based bread (not too dry) and size similar to wheat based bread (about 3 x 3 inches).
