And I'm sure I could eat it plain as a meal! As a result, avoiding gluten is a good idea. It hasn't been easy for me to be free - to say the least! And, finding a gluten-free bread that not only tastes good but also contains enough fiber and protein has been a challenge! Franz 7- When it comes to fiber and protein, Grain Bread is on par with any other gluten-free bread (except for UDI's Ancient Grain Bread, which has the most protein and fiber of any gluten-free bread I've ever seen - In two slices, there are 6 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber. But Franz's Gluten Free 7 g bead has the taste and texture of bread that I've been missing since going gluten free! It's so delicious that, as a bread addict, I'd eat it instead of anything else! It's got a cake-like appearance to it. To me, it appears to be of high quality! As a result, I'm going to have to treat it like a dessert and save it for special occasions!.
Unlike many other gluten-free breads, this one is extremely soft and tasty! Because I have a FODMAP and gluten sensitivity, some other brands, such as Udi's, still irritate my stomach. This has never been an issue for me. Do not be afraid to give it a shot!.

Gluten-free bread that is delicious! It's best to keep it in the fridge because it spoils quickly, but the flavor is fantastic. It doesn't have the funny aftertaste that most gluten-free foods have. It's delicious and soft.
