Al Bohsali, you did a good job. The Al Bohsali Maamoul Pistachio 24 pc item that I purchased is from Al Bohsali. My heart nearly stopped when I opened the package and removed the protective cover from each individual box. I did not see a typical elongated pistachio maamoul in this case. My heart was breaking as I saw it have the shape of Dates Maamoul, something I hate beyond belief. In fact, I was about to call Amazon and ask for a refund right away. Yet, I got the courage to open the mamouul despite having extremely high blood pressure, and I was thrilled to learn that it contained pistachios and The good will win out in the end. Having lived in the Middle East for several years, I have sampled homemade and store bought sweets, including this one. It's great that they are now It seemed like most of the nut-filled ones had been overcooked (darker on the outside than I am used to) and some of the walnut ones had giant chunks of walnut inside. Still the best in both flavor and texture, and I also like how thin the cookie layer surrounding the stuffing is. The package was very well made.
