Since it has no cream in it, it remains fresh for a much longer period of time. The sherbet in baklava can last up to a month in a cool and dry area since it is different in its composition.

For a family gathering or a party, a delicacy tray would be perfect. They are large pieces with a lot of content To make servings more convenient and to allow for extra servings, one can cut each in half. In general, I am glad I bought this. The packaging may not be weatherproof, but overall I'm pleased.
