I received one small box of a flavor that I had not ordered. It took some back-and-forth before the proper order was delivered. It shouldn't have taken so much effort! It appears to me that the seller was more focused on avoiding precisely this - instead of customer satisfaction, a 'negative' review Although the product is satisfactory, I will not be ordering again due to poor customer service.
