This seller, indeed, defrauds his customers. When you consider the number of customers who did not receive their 6-month supply, it appears to be business as usual. They had paid for a pack.

I ordered this product twice and received only one choccotone each time, rather than the six that were advertised!.
This is an inedible product, which is a shame because we have purchased the other flavor many times with no problems. We tried to salvage it by toasting it with butter, but it's like trying to eat sawdust. I noticed the expiration date was only a month away, so I guess it's a gamble whether you get a fresh batch or one that's about to be thrown away. Best of luck with it!.
Despite the fact that the description says 6 PACK, you only get ONE and you CANNOT return it. br>Beware.
I almost missed this cake in the box because it was so small. What a heinous deception! When I place another order like this, I'll be more cautious. It is 3, according to the box. 5 oz. I bought this exact item locally for $1 at Christmas time, so that should have given me a clue about the size. Even if it's a limited-edition item, it's not worth $9. 62 (equivalent to $2. 50) 75 cents per ounce. The phrase "BUYER BEWARE" certainly applies to this purchase in this case. I'd like a portion of my money back.
Because I can't eat a whole panettone by myself, I was delighted to see a small panettone. When it arrived, it was exactly the right size to serve two people. br> Unfortunately, it was very dry and not at all enjoyable. a disappointment.
"Moist and fresh," according to the label. I immediately started using one after receiving it. It tasted stale and dry. It appears to be irreversible at this point. It's so bad (in comparison to other panettones I've had) that if I can't get rid of them, I'll throw them out or give them to the homeless. It'll be interesting to see if they eat these. The large Bauducco loaf was fantastic. Clearly, the concept of creating miniatures is a good one. It's a terrible idea to eat chocotonnes. If only I'd waited for the full-size version to come back into stock.
When these come back into season, my girlfriend gets very excited. First, despite the fact that the product was advertised as a three-pack, it only came in a single quantity. I've seen a few other people complain about this as well. I should've read the reviews first. second, the product was extremely dry and did not appear to be brand new! I was extremely disappointed.
I should have paid attention to the other reviews here because the package and product arrived completely crushed, but the outer box was fine. Be careful what you buy: RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
