I am proud to say this is one of my German husband's favorite chocolates of all time! During my surgeries, I got it as a gift to thank him for taking good care of me. It is no secret that shopping costs can be high and that the DHL return policy can be unfriendly. Getting your hands on a Niederegger Marztipans is hard here in America! My german husband and I will order some more for an upcoming occasion again for him.
I love how sweet it is. It was received within a few hours. Despite having original marzipan on my mind, I would have given it a 5 but instead I gave it a 4 because I was expecting something else. The cherry I received was delicious. My mom, who is 88 years old, received it as a birthday gift. In addition to being born and raised in Germany, she moved to the United States after World War II. She was going to be surprised with the torte, so I wanted to surprise her. It was I who was surprised to see what kind of plant It seems to be a good product. I love how sweet it is. There were many things I didn't like about Unfortunately, I will not be placing any more orders.
Despite the wait, it was well worth it. The taste and flavors were subtle and enjoyed by both of us. This is a purchase we will make again for special events. While I would buy it more often if the shipping costs were lower, I am not going to quibble with this very fine.
It is impossible to find a more satisfying feeling.
