A total of 4 individual 5 liter bags are included. In one package, there are four ounces of pancake mix.

What about Taiyaki batter molds? Can I use this mix for them?

Since it is just a batter, you can do it, I think, since I have never tried it. Taiyaki molds can be used with any type of batter as long as you grease up the mold so that it's easy to cook and clean. Hope you have a great day!

I loved the way these turned out! It seems that the instructions on the bag should not be followed! Make sure you go to YouTube to see how to make these correctly. As specified on the bag, they come out too runny if you follow the instructions.

It is somewhat pricey, but there are places that sell it at that price as well. It is a pancake that can never go wrong. I like fluffy food so much. The price is a bit high, but you can find this elsewhere for that cost as well.
