The amount of sodium in babka bread is unknown to me. I am not completely sure, since cinnamon is a sweet flavor, not salty in the least.

Exactly. It's not the same as that. This dough has very good cinnamon flavor but is quite different from the normal dough. Is that too sweet for you? Are you not happy with the sweetness? We can't tell for sure. There isn't too much sweetness to it, according to me. The best way to enjoy hot, buttery food is to add butter to it. I'm hungry! MMMMMM! The chocolate should not be purchased. A heavy amount of sugar crunches like a rock.

It is very good to eat apricot hamentashen. I was looking for a cake that wasn't quite sweet enough, so I ended up being surprised and delighted by the cinnamon babka. While the babka seems to lack the plainer part proportionately, it lacks the plain part yellow to white yeasted pastry with layers of cinnamon sugar, perhaps other tasty bits of goodness, rolled up in a way to create a sweet, but not too sweet taste experience. The only real difference is that these are almost all cinnamon sugar with a very small amount of dough holding them I regret this, because it seems to be a glitch. I was very pleased with it. It is absolutely delicious and I have been buying it exclusively for the past 11 months since I returned to California. After researching for Babka on the web, I tried a few types and then found Green's Traditional Babka. There is a guarantee that it will be fresh and delivered in a timely manner. No matter what the flavor, whether it is cinnamon or chocolate, it is magnificent. This is a very good traditional babka made by Greens's.

If it is not around the holidays, I can never find her "cinnamon" Babkas in the store, just chocolate ones. I like being able to buy it via Amazon, and when she opens the door, it's waiting for me. There it is, "poof"! It never dries out, and it always tastes fresh and delicious. She told me the cinnamon flavor is just right, not too overpowering, and it is always delicious.
