David's Cookies Rainbow 10" Layer Cake

The coconut in this cake was discovered by my husband after he took a bite. Coconut is not listed in the ingredients, and he is allergic to it. I believe the recipie may have been altered from what is stated, since it listed raisins, but we did not find any. There were some complaints about the taste since not everyone was able to.

Despite being sweet, the flavor of the cake is like a very rich chocolate ganache. It has a very fresh taste and is very moist. This cake is valued at the sort of amount you might pay at a restaurant for a slice. I was surprised at how large the cake was and how quickly it went Cut into slices. It's best to avoid freezer burn by putting the slices we didn't eat in a vacuum bag before freezing them. When it's time to eat it again, we simply take it out of the bag and let it sit on a plate for 5 minutes so it can defrost a little. It would be enough to feed two people with one slice. I was concerned the cake would still be frozen when it arrived, and it was. There wasn't any damage to the cake when it was shipped UPS 2nd Day Air with a bag of frozen dry ice. UPS did handle the freezer chest, but it wasn't It would be helpful to put an arrow pointing this way up on the box so that UPS keeps it facing the right way during shipment.

This recipe makes at least 2 dozen servings! There was a problem with the cake because it arrived frozen and The entire piece was intact. I let it defrost in the bottom of the fridge for two days and then I cooked it About an hour or so ahead of serving, I removed it from the refrigerator. During the prehistoric era It was nice to know that the chicken was already cut up into 14 slices before cooking There were 28 pieces cut, but honestly, the pieces were soo large there would have It has pretty colors (yes, I know-- The use of food coloring as well as All very nice, but we don't have to eat it every day! 2) & 3 It was very moist, but the icing was a little too sweet for me. Although it was very moist, it was rather sweet for most in the party. The buttercream I like is the best. Overall, it was a good experience - I would order again My favorite color is red, white and blue, so I'm looking forward to getting David's Around the Fourth of July, we like to serve blue cake for birthdays.

I PROMPTLY DEVOURED THIS ORDER IN A TIMELY MANNER! I DELIVERED THIS ORDER ON TIME AND IT WAS DEVOURED ON TIME! The carrot cake I made last night was amazingly delicious, one of my few vices. It was shipped in a styrofoam container with dry ice to keep the cake cold when it arrived. I like the ability to take out one of the fourteen pieces at a time and I will say that this cake is top-notch. A very good product. I would definitely order again. I have an update for Friday, 10/12/18 It is between I AM ADDICTED. This is my second order of the Carrot Cake, and I pray that it will arrive as quickly as the previous one- Let's hope for the best!.

enjoyed the cake itself, it was very tender and moist, and the frosting was not too sweet in comparison to the cake itself. I am disappointed in the fact that it says it contains nuts and raisins but there are none, so I cannot give it five It was impossible for me to see or taste the raisins or nuts. Nuts are hard to miss when they are in baked goods, and I love raisins in my carrot cake, but when I looked at or tried it, I couldn't see any carrots in there or find any bits of carrot. Whenever I make carrot cakes, I always use freshly grated carrots as my mother always did, and those are missing, too. Despite the missing items, this cake is moist and has very good texture as well. It would be more appealing if the cake had nuts, raisins, and carrots in it so that it was a real Spice cake is really just a mix of spices.

Chocolate is a favorite of a friend of mine. For his birthday, I decided to get him a Premiere Chocolate 10" Layer Cake from David's Cookies. My preference for chocolate is not strong, but I did share a slice with him and enjoyed it very much. It was a huge hit with all his children (who happen to love chocolate) when it arrived at home. People said it had the best taste of any cake they've ever eaten. Thank you so much for your positive response! I was very happy with the response. The last time I had carrot cake was a few years ago, so I I'd never seen a cake of any kind that was that big (or that round). It was nice to have parchment paper on each piece of food, as I did not have to scrape off icing or cake after it was attached to the cardboard, which was durable enough. It seems as though this kind of presentation would be sufficient for a wedding or In light of the I am 19 (no company to share), my stepdad is 87 and my mother is 96 used to I. & I. The food was fresh and did not go bad). It would be nice if it had more raisins, & A chunk of carrot or coconut about 3/4s of an inch in diameter was all I could chew. I usually buy in top layer, but I wouldn't stop buying again if I noticed either of those things. Just the right amount of icing & sugar There is one slice of cake per person. My fridge is empty at the moment, but I sure wish I had a piece! I love it!.
