This is my newest favorite. As someone with a VERY restricted diet due to allergies as well as a serious sweet tooth, these are really a great option for meal replacement. Since I am all about almond extract and that extra sweetness, I add a drop or two of almond extract to the batter before putting it in the microwave. The first time I bought these, it was to treat my child to a special treat. The chocolate as well as the vanilla are great. You can make them with your kids easily and they are fun.
